Terms and Conditions – T&C's - Online Sales
All products, services and prices shown in e-readers online shop are not legally binding. After entering all personal contact information and by clicking the "order now" button on the order confirmation page, the order is considered binding. You will receive order confirmation immediately after the order process has been completed. The sales agreement is valid as soon as the order confirmation is sent. If you do not receive confirmation, or the actual delivery within two (2) weeks, you are legally no longer bound to your purchase.
Partial Deliveries
We reserve the right to make partial deliveries, as long as they do not cause unreasonable hardship for the customer. When partial shipments are made, additional shipping costs will apply only when prior agreement has been reached.
Retention of Title
The goods delivered remain property of e-readers until full payment has been received.
Prices and Shipping Costs
All prices include VAT and exclude shipping costs. Shipping costs are calculated based on the weight of the products ordered and chosen delivery method. All shipping costs will be displayed before you finalize your order.

Warranty
The warranty applies based on current statutory provisions. Additional information about manufacturer’s warranties can be found on the product pages or in the product manuals.

Returns
Goods may only be returned with e-readers’ prior agreement and with a valid return number.
The goods must be returned in their original packaging and including all accessories and will only be accepted clearly marked with an e-readers return number.
The buyer is responsible for all shipping costs related to the return of the goods, both incoming and outgoing. We reserve the right to charge administration fees for the check of the state of the incoming goods.
